​​**Cancellation Policy**

​

By confirming an appointment, you secure that time exclusively for yourself. We do not overbook and appreciate your commitment. If you are out of town or unwell, telehealth sessions can help avoid cancellations. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for; otherwise, a $100 late fee will apply.

**No-Show Policy**

Missed appointments without notice will incur the full “self-pay” rate. Thank you for your understanding.

**Multiple Cancellations**

Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in losing your scheduled appointment time.

Sessions typically last 53 minutes.
